U.S. PRIVACY

U.S. State Privacy Supplement

Additional rights and disclosures for residents of U.S. states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws.

1. Scope

This Supplement complements the Privacy Policy. It applies only when a U.S. state privacy law covers SYNTHEX and the particular person or data. State laws can contain revenue, volume, business-context, employment, regulated-data and other thresholds or exemptions, so a listed right may not apply in every situation.

2. Information categories

Depending on the service, SYNTHEX may process identifiers and contact data, account and commercial records, internet/device information, customer communications, professional/business information, source media and derived transcripts or production metadata, connected-platform performance information, and limited sensitive information only when necessary and appropriate. The Privacy Policy explains sources, purposes and disclosures.

3. Rights that may apply

  • Confirm whether personal data is processed and obtain access or a portable copy.
  • Correct inaccuracies.
  • Delete covered personal data, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Obtain information about categories of personal data and recipients.
  • Opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling when applicable.
  • Limit or withdraw consent for certain sensitive-data processing where required.
  • Receive equal service and no unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

To request a right, email admin@synthexsystemshub.com with “Privacy request.” We may verify identity, authority and state of residence.

4. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

SYNTHEX does not sell personal information for money and does not use private client source videos for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a future practice creates a statutory opt-out right, SYNTHEX will provide the required choice mechanism and honor qualifying opt-out preference signals where required.

5. Sensitive information

The ordinary service is not designed for government identifiers, precise financial credentials, account passwords or other highly sensitive records. Customers should minimize or redact sensitive material. Where applicable law requires consent or a right to limit sensitive-data processing, SYNTHEX will apply that requirement to covered processing.

6. Appeals

If an applicable state law gives you the right to appeal a denied privacy request, reply to the denial with “Privacy appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review the appeal and provide any further regulator-contact information required by applicable law.

7. Authorized agents

Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of authority and may still verify your identity directly when allowed. This Supplement does not expand rights beyond applicable law.
