1. Report a rights concern
Email admin@synthexsystemshub.com with “Rights complaint” in the subject. Identify the protected work/person/right, the specific content or campaign, where the material appears, your relationship to the right, requested action and reliable contact information. Include only supporting documentation reasonably necessary.
2. Copyright notice information
A copyright notice should identify the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material/location, provide contact information, state a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, state the information is accurate and, where applicable, made under penalty of perjury, and include the authorized person's physical/electronic signature.
3. What SYNTHEX may do
For a credible complaint, SYNTHEX may pause production, disable a disputed asset, preserve evidence, ask for licenses/releases, remove or replace material, restrict a campaign, terminate repeat or serious abuse, and comply with valid legal process. Where practical, we will notify the affected customer and allow a reasonable response.
4. Counter information
If material was removed because of a copyright complaint and the customer believes the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, the customer may send a written response identifying the material, explaining lawful use and providing information required by any applicable notice-and-takedown process. SYNTHEX may forward legally required information to the complainant.
5. Repeat infringement and abusive notices
Repeated submission of infringing or unauthorized material may result in restrictions or termination. Knowingly false, fraudulent or abusive complaints may also violate SYNTHEX policies and applicable law.
6. DMCA designated-agent status
This page provides a rights-complaint workflow but does not claim SYNTHEX has completed every requirement for a Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe harbor. If SYNTHEX registers a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, the registered agent's required details will be published here and the formal process administered accordingly.
