2. Data that may be accessed
Depending on the feature and permissions selected, a connected service may provide account or channel identifiers, basic profile/workspace information, post or video identifiers, publishing status, permitted performance metrics, file references or other data needed for the requested function. SYNTHEX should request only scopes reasonably necessary for the enabled feature.
3. Use restrictions
Connected-platform data is used to provide the customer-requested feature, maintain security, troubleshoot the connection and satisfy legal obligations. SYNTHEX does not sell connected-platform data and does not use private connected content for unrelated advertising. If a platform developer policy imposes a stricter restriction, that restriction applies to the relevant data.
For Google API Services data, where applicable, SYNTHEX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
4. Credentials, tokens and security
Customers should never send account passwords or one-time authentication codes through ordinary SYNTHEX forms. Where OAuth or a similar delegated mechanism is supported, SYNTHEX should use provider-issued tokens and scopes rather than requesting the customer's password. Access credentials are limited to functions reasonably required by the integration and should be revoked or rotated when no longer needed or compromise is suspected.
5. Revocation and deletion
The customer may disconnect a supported integration through SYNTHEX Workspace when a disconnect control is available and may also revoke authorization directly through the third-party platform. Revocation may stop future access but may not instantly erase data already lawfully retained for security, accounting, audit, legal or provider-backup purposes. Privacy/deletion requests may be sent to admin@synthexsystemshub.com.
6. Third-party platform terms
Third-party services are independently operated and may change APIs, permissions, rate limits, policies or account eligibility. SYNTHEX does not control a platform's availability or enforcement decisions. Customers remain responsible for their platform accounts and for complying with platform rules applicable to their content and publication.
