Acceptable Use Policy

Core rule

1. Rights and permissions

• No copyrighted recordings, music, images, logos or footage without appropriate rights.
• No unauthorized recordings or content that violates confidentiality, publicity, privacy, employment or professional duties.
• No false impersonation, forged testimonials or fabricated endorsements.
• No removal or concealment of mandatory disclosures.

2. Harmful and unlawful content

• No threats, targeted harassment, stalking, exploitation or instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing.
• No sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
• No malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud or deceptive collection of personal information.
• No illegal discrimination, trafficking, controlled-substance sales or unlawful products/services.
• No content designed to reveal private identifiers, passwords, medical records or financial account data.

3. Professional and commercial claims

Clients in medical, legal, financial, real-estate, coaching or other regulated fields must ensure their content, testimonials, guarantees, pricing, results claims and disclosures comply with applicable professional and advertising rules. Synthex production does not validate the truth or legality of those claims.

Do not instruct us to turn cautious source statements into categorical promises, to fabricate urgency or scarcity, or to imply guaranteed results that the source and evidence do not support.

4. Platform integrity

• No fake engagement, botting, coordinated inauthentic behavior or evasion of enforcement.
• No misleading metadata, deceptive redirects or spam campaigns.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits, account restrictions or technical safeguards.
• No use of publishing add-ons to post material a platform has already prohibited.

5. Security and system abuse

• Do not probe, scan or attack Synthex or provider systems.
• Do not upload malicious code or deliberately corrupted files.
• Do not share authentication secrets through ordinary forms.
• Do not use the service to process excessive unrelated data or interfere with other clients.

6. Review and enforcement

We may request proof of rights, decline content, pause production, remove access or terminate service when we reasonably believe this policy is violated or risk is unacceptable. We may preserve and disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety. Where practical, we will explain the concern and allow correction.

7. Reporting concerns

Report suspected infringement, abuse or unlawful content to admin@synthexsystemshub.com with enough detail to identify the material and the rights or safety concern. False or abusive reports may themselves violate this policy.

• No suplantación, testimonios falsos o endorsements fabricados.
• No ocultar divulgaciones obligatorias.

2. Contenido dañino o ilegal

• No amenazas, acoso dirigido, stalking, explotación o instrucciones para violencia.
• No explotación sexual ni contenido con menores.
• No malware, robo de credenciales, phishing, fraude o recolección engañosa.
• No discriminación ilegal, tráfico, ventas ilegales o productos/servicios ilícitos.
• No revelar identificadores, contraseñas, expedientes o cuentas financieras.

3. Afirmaciones profesionales y comerciales

Clientes médicos, legales, financieros, inmobiliarios, coaches u otros regulados deben asegurar cumplimiento de reglas profesionales y publicitarias. La producción no valida veracidad o legalidad.

No nos instruyas a convertir afirmaciones prudentes en promesas categóricas, fabricar urgencia/escasez o implicar resultados garantizados sin respaldo.

4. Integridad de plataformas

• No interacción falsa, bots o comportamiento inauténtico.
• No metadatos engañosos, redirecciones o spam.
• No evasión de controles, límites o restricciones.
• No usar publicación para material ya prohibido por la plataforma.

5. Seguridad y abuso del sistema

• No probar, escanear o atacar sistemas.
• No código malicioso o archivos deliberadamente corruptos.
• No secretos de autenticación en formularios ordinarios.
• No procesamiento excesivo no relacionado ni interferencia con otros clientes.

6. Revisión y cumplimiento

Podemos pedir prueba de derechos, rechazar contenido, pausar, retirar acceso o terminar cuando razonablemente creamos que hay violación o riesgo. Podemos conservar/divulgar cuando la ley lo exija o para proteger derechos y seguridad. Cuando sea práctico, explicaremos y permitiremos corregir.

7. Reportar problemas

Reporta infracción, abuso o ilegalidad a admin@synthexsystemshub.com con detalle suficiente. Reportes falsos o abusivos también pueden violar esta política.

8. Reclamos de derechos y cooperación

Si recibimos un reclamo creíble de copyright, privacidad, publicidad, confidencialidad o suplantación, podemos pausar el trabajo mientras verificamos permisos. El cliente debe entregar con prontitud contratos, licencias, releases o contexto suficiente. No fabricarás documentos ni presionarás a Synthex para ignorar un reclamo.

Cuando el problema pueda corregirse mediante retiro de un fragmento, sustitución de un activo o consentimiento adicional, podremos ofrecer esa opción sin prometer que el material será aceptado. Los costos y tiempos derivados de contenido no autorizado pueden tratarse como cambio de alcance.
