What Synthex is
In plain language
Synthex Systems is a managed content-production service. Clients provide long-form source recordings; our production workflow turns suitable moments into organized vertical clips with subtitles, hooks, brand direction, captions and calls to action according to the selected plan.
Synthex is not a self-service clipping application. Clients receive a managed production service supported by the SYNTHEX Workspace for order setup, source review, production status, clip review, metrics, brand settings, social support and organized delivery.
Our role ends at the scope purchased. Publishing, community management, paid advertising, platform reporting and extra human review are separate unless expressly included or added.
Who the service is for
The service is designed for professionals and organizations that already create useful long-form material but do not want to manage every production step themselves. Typical source material includes podcasts, webinars, interviews, trainings, presentations, educational videos and recorded live sessions.
- Coaches, consultants, educators and speakers with repeatable expertise.
- Doctors, dentists, lawyers and other professionals who need careful presentation and must review claims before publication.
- Podcasters, creators, real-estate professionals and B2B teams that need a consistent library of short-form assets.
- Organizations that own or are authorized to use the submitted recordings.
How our production model works
Every campaign begins in SYNTHEX Workspace with an active Brand Kit, one source video and source review. We assess access, audio, visual quality, language, speaker clarity, duration and whether the recording contains moments that can stand alone. Multi-source plans use separate campaigns for each source. A plan describes production capacity, not a promise to manufacture weak clips merely to reach a number.
- Receive the source and business context.
- Prepare and normalize production assets using internal workflows and approved service providers.
- Identify candidate moments and produce the selected clip format.
- Apply the plan’s branding, subtitle, copy and review level.
- Deliver organized files and request client review within the stated revision window.
Operating principles
Synthex is built around four principles: clear scope, usable output, responsible claims and client control. We describe what is included before an order is accepted; avoid representing content production as guaranteed business performance; prioritize strong standalone moments over filler; and keep the client responsible for final factual, professional and regulatory approval.
- No guaranteed views, virality, leads, appointments, sales or revenue.
- No hidden activation of paid add-ons.
- No silent activation of recurring services. An add-on may appear selected only after an explicit client choice and remains removable before submission.
- No publication of client content without the authority included in the purchased scope.
Technology and third-party providers
Our workflow may use third-party tools for audio processing, transcription, clipping, automation, rendering, storage, communications and payment. Those providers support the production process; they do not replace Synthex’s contractual responsibility for the service scope. Tool availability can change, and we may use equivalent providers when needed to maintain the service.
We do not claim that any single tool performs every creative or quality-control function. The delivered result may combine automated processing, configured templates and human review depending on the plan and add-ons.
What Synthex does not do by default
Standard plans do not include legal review, medical review, fact checking, paid media buying, sales follow-up, comment or direct-message management, guaranteed platform posting, crisis communications, account recovery or unlimited revisions. Those limitations protect both parties from assuming that clip production is the same as full-service marketing.
Client responsibility
The client must review the final output for factual accuracy, permissions, professional obligations, disclosures, offers, claims and platform compliance before publication.
