Payment Security

How checkout and payment processing work when you purchase SYNTHEX services.

1. Secure checkout flow

Payment happens in a dedicated checkout flow

For standard online paid orders, SYNTHEX creates a payment session after the applicable source-review and commercial gates are satisfied. The customer is then sent to the payment checkout associated with that session rather than entering full card details into ordinary SYNTHEX Workspace fields.

Controlled order state

The selected plan, eligible add-ons and campaign are tied to the checkout session so payment is connected to the intended order.

Payment confirmation

Production does not rely on a customer screenshot or manual claim of payment; the payment state is confirmed through the payment integration.

2. Stripe payment processing

Payments processed by Stripe
Powered by Stripe

SYNTHEX uses Stripe for the standard online checkout and payment-processing flow. Stripe is a separate payment technology provider. This statement identifies the processor used for SYNTHEX payments; it does not mean Stripe endorses, sponsors or certifies SYNTHEX.

Stripe publishes its own security and privacy information at Stripe Security and Stripe Privacy.

3. Card-data handling

In the standard Stripe-hosted checkout flow used by SYNTHEX, payment-card entry occurs on the Stripe checkout surface. SYNTHEX does not ask customers to place full card numbers, card security codes or payment passwords into campaign forms, Brand Kit fields or normal support messages.

Never send payment secrets in support

Do not email or paste full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, banking passwords, one-time codes or recovery codes to SYNTHEX.

4. Recurring billing consent

Monthly plans and recurring add-ons require a separate recurring-billing disclosure before checkout. The disclosed commercial terms include the recurring price or pricing method, billing cadence, automatic renewal until cancellation and the available cancellation method. SYNTHEX records the applicable consent before creating a recurring checkout session.

5. Cancellation and receipts

Recurring services can be canceled for future renewal through the cancellation method described in the Terms of Service and the SYNTHEX Workspace account flow. Payment and subscription events are recorded in the system so the order state can be reconciled with the payment provider. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Scope of this notice

This page explains the payment architecture and customer-facing trust controls. It does not replace the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy or Stripe's own terms. Custom invoices, enterprise arrangements or alternative payment methods may use a different documented flow.
