Source video checklist
Before submitting, confirm the recording is yours or licensed, the source file or direct URL can be validated, speech is understandable and the content contains complete ideas. Remove private sections before sharing. A clean source reduces delays and avoids paying for work that cannot be published.
- If using a direct HTTPS MP4 URL, test it in a private browser window; direct MP4 upload is also supported in SYNTHEX Workspace.
- Provide the correct speaker and brand names.
- Identify offers or calls to action that must be used or avoided.
- Disclose professional or platform restrictions.
Production brief checklist
A useful brief explains the audience, desired action, prohibited claims, brand colors, pronunciation, visual style and examples. It should not prescribe every cut; it should give enough context to make production decisions and to evaluate whether the output is on brief.
Client review checklist
- Watch the complete clip with sound.
- Confirm words, names, numbers and subtitles.
- Check that the hook accurately represents the source.
- Verify the CTA, offer, disclosures and destination.
- Check branding, cropping and safe zones on a phone.
- Approve clips or consolidate feedback within each revision round included in your plan.
Measurement framework
Content performance can be evaluated in layers: attention, intent, action/opportunity and result. Synthex production alone does not control those outcomes. Use consistent publishing, trackable destinations and enough observations before declaring a style or message successful.
- Attention: views, watch time, retention and completion.
- Intent: profile visits, saves, shares and link clicks.
- Action/opportunity: leads, calls, appointments or qualified inquiries.
- Result: attributable sales or revenue when the path can be verified.
Safe collaboration
Share only the minimum access needed. Prefer supported delegated or role-based platform connections through SYNTHEX Workspace where available. Never put passwords, one-time codes, health records, legal files or payment details inside production notes. Review our Security and Privacy pages before submitting sensitive business material.

Publishing workflow after delivery
Review and approve final clips in SYNTHEX Workspace, then retain an internal master copy before posting. Assign one person to approve copy, factual statements and scheduling. Use a consistent file-to-post naming convention so the published asset can later be matched to its caption, CTA link and performance record.
- Approve or request consolidated revisions.
- Choose the platform and publishing date for each final clip.
- Confirm the final caption, CTA destination and required disclosures.
- Publish or send approved instructions through the applicable add-on.
- Record the post URL and date if performance measurement is planned.
Do not upload multiple near-identical versions without a test plan. When comparing hooks or captions, change one meaningful variable and allow enough time and distribution before drawing a conclusion.
