Production Standards

Source, selection, audio, subtitle, visual, QA, revision and delivery standards for Synthex output.

1. Purpose and scope

These standards describe the normal quality framework for Synthex clip production. They are operational targets, not a warranty that every source can achieve identical results. The accepted order, source limitations and plan control the final scope.

2. Source acceptance

  • Authorized source provided as a direct MP4 upload or a direct HTTPS MP4 URL.
  • One validated source video per campaign; multi-source plans use separate campaigns.
  • Speech that is sufficiently understandable for transcription and editing.
  • Visual quality adequate for the requested crop and format.
  • Enough complete ideas, stories, examples or explanations to stand alone.
  • No unresolved rights, safety or acceptable-use concern.
  • An active Brand Kit and required production instructions are available before submission.

3. Clip selection

A candidate should communicate a coherent point without depending on missing context. We prefer a complete thought, useful opening, appropriate duration and natural endpoint. Clip capacity is not a reason to include repetition, unfinished claims or fragments that misrepresent the speaker.

  • Hook and body should match; the opening must not promise something absent from the clip.
  • Cuts should avoid removing necessary qualifiers.
  • Speaker attribution and context should remain accurate.
  • The closing should feel intentional or support the selected CTA.

4. Audio and transcription

Audio processing may reduce level inconsistency, noise or other correctable issues, but cannot reconstruct information that was not captured. Subtitles are produced from automated transcription and configured review. Proper names, specialist terms and numbers require client confirmation.

  • Speech and subtitle timing should be reasonably synchronized.
  • Obvious transcript errors found within the plan’s review level are corrected.
  • Music or effects, when used, should not materially obstruct speech.
  • Clients should provide pronunciation or terminology lists for specialized content.

5. Visual, branding and safe zones

Vertical clips are framed to prioritize the principal subject and readable captions. Templates may use the selected style, brand colors, logo, hook treatment, progress indicators and CTA placement. Platform interfaces vary; no layout is guaranteed to avoid every future overlay.

  • Key text should stay within practical safe areas.
  • Captions should maintain readable size and contrast on a phone.
  • CTA elements should avoid obscuring essential subtitles or faces.
  • Branding should be visible without overpowering the message.
  • Source limitations may constrain reframing and image quality.

6. Hooks, captions and CTA direction

Copy should reflect the source, audience and selected objective without manufacturing unsupported guarantees. Hooks may be edited for clarity and attention but should not materially change the speaker’s meaning. CTA direction is production copy, not a promise that viewers will act.

Clients are responsible for verifying offer terms, links, prices, deadlines, professional disclaimers and claims before publication.

7. Quality assurance by plan

All paid orders receive baseline production checks for file integrity, basic readability and scope. First Video, Starter and Performance include one revision round; Pro includes two revision rounds. Personalized Production Support adds a separate manual check but does not replace client approval or legal/factual review.

8. Revisions and defects

A revision addresses an eligible change within the original brief. A defect means a material technical or production error against accepted scope, such as a missing file, broken render, clearly wrong brand asset or obvious subtitle issue within the review level. Report issues with filenames and timestamps.

New source material, a new visual direction, additional duration, platform-specific alternate exports, substantial copy strategy changes or repeated fragmented feedback may require a change order.

9. Delivery and acceptance

Primary delivery and review take place in SYNTHEX Workspace. Clients should review promptly, submit consolidated feedback within the stated window, and retain copies of final files. An agreed transfer method may supplement Workspace when required by scope. Synthex may archive or delete working files later; availability of internal project files is not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

10. Performance boundary

These standards address production quality, not marketing outcomes. A technically sound clip can underperform, and a simple clip can perform well. Views, engagement, leads, sales and revenue are affected by distribution, offer, audience, platform, timing and follow-up.
