Quick decision guide
Before requesting a refund
- Free samples have no purchase price to refund.
- Paid sources are normally reviewed before checkout. If an exceptional paid order cannot proceed before production, the unused eligible amount may be refunded when applicable.
- Once production has materially begun, completed and committed work is generally non-refundable.
- A revision request is not automatically a refund request.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current cycle.
1. Scope of this policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from SYNTHEX SYSTEMS LLC A payment platform, marketplace or separately signed contract may impose additional procedures. Nothing here removes non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
2. Before production begins
Source review normally occurs before paid checkout. If a charged order later cannot reasonably proceed before production, we will normally request a replacement or offer rescheduling. If no usable replacement is provided within the stated period and production has not materially begun, we may refund the unused eligible service fee to the original payment method.
If Synthex declines an order for capacity, compliance or risk reasons before production, the applicable unused amount will be refunded. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable only where allowed and clearly disclosed.
3. After production begins
Production is considered materially begun when source files have been downloaded or prepared, audio/transcription work has started, candidates have been selected, copy or templates have been configured, rendering has begun, or staff/provider capacity has been committed. After that point, fees corresponding to completed or committed work are generally non-refundable.
When Synthex materially fails to deliver the accepted scope and cannot cure within a reasonable period, we may reperform the affected work, issue service credit or refund the undelivered portion, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.
4. Quality concerns and revisions
Subjective preference alone does not establish non-delivery. Use the included revision process for reasonable changes within the approved brief. Report technical defects, missing deliverables or material deviations promptly and provide timestamps or examples. We will evaluate whether correction, replacement or another remedy is appropriate.
A refund is not available for results outside production control, including low views, low engagement, lack of leads or sales, platform rejection caused by the client’s account/content, or a source that contains fewer usable moments than the plan capacity.
5. Subscriptions, renewals and add-ons
Cancel before the applicable renewal cutoff to stop future cycles. A renewal that has already been charged is ordinarily non-refundable once the new cycle’s production capacity, scheduling or service work has been made available or begun. If you believe a renewal was unauthorized or a cancellation was not honored, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Professional Social Media Management and Connected Performance Insights are not final purchases merely because they are selected in SYNTHEX Workspace. Refund terms for an accepted custom quote may include specific milestones that control.
6. How to request review
- Email admin@synthexsystemshub.com from the order email.
- Use the subject “Refund review” and include the order or invoice ID.
- Describe the issue, production status and requested remedy.
- Attach only necessary evidence; do not send card data or passwords.
- Allow us to verify identity, payment and delivery records.
We aim to acknowledge the request within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original method; bank or processor posting time is outside our control.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can review source status, delivery and cancellation records. Filing a knowingly false chargeback or using delivered work while disputing the entire payment may violate these Terms. This section does not restrict legitimate rights with your bank or card issuer.
